Ingredients
grams fresh hypomyces 250
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup water
2 spoons Qishtah food
2 spoons flour food
1 small onion cut in small pieces
salt and black pepper
Preparation method
cleans up mushrooms, cut into strips
fried onions to wilt , then add the mushrooms and flips it togather
then add the milk, water then leave it in cool fire to almost 10 minutes
then add skimming and flour
